Service Overview

For Trinity Supported Living the health and wellbeing of each young person is paramount at all times. We aim to support service users through building relationships with them based on trust, created by consistent practice, mutual respect and understanding. We understand that each individual is unique and will require different approaches and levels of care including therapeutic support in order to work towards achieving targets as set out within each individual care plan. We work alongside a variety of therapeutic services to assist those placed in our care to address any issues or imbalances they may face, this may include therapeutic support and counselling by a qualified psychotherapist.

It is a long established fact that therapeutic supports such as CBT can assist an individual in helping to make sense of the world and how their thoughts and beliefs can affect feelings and behaviour and assist in learning to manage and cope with life events. This way we can help the service users to make informed decisions regarding therapeutic care
